have westerly parish or any other parishes got a sheriff where one could contact if a problem accurses say a problem with neighbours or being abused with mouthy youths we have found that in the past you are on your own and other neighbours do not want to get involved. so there for. my I suggest to employee someone to sheriff problems when they occur. yours M K L ewis
