A man has been ordered to pay a total of £1,485.09 after being found guilty of fly-tipping in Hoovers Lane, off Frampton End Road between Frampton Cotterell and Iron Acton, and Hackett Lane, near Thornbury, between March and May last year. He was also guilty of the offence of carrying waste without being a registered carrier.
