The South Gloucestershire Disability Equality Network (SGDEN) is promoting the “Can’t Wait” scheme to encourage businesses to make their toilets available to disabled people with an urgent need.
The card can be used for all impairments including “invisible” disabilities and conditions. The cards are distributed through partners including Shopmobility, South Glos Disability Action Group, South Glos Dementia Action Alliance, South Glos Parents & Carers and the Carers Support Centre.
They’ve told us they are particularly looking for new businesses in our area to help provide this important facility. If you can help please email [email protected]
