Despite the stiflingly hot weather, there was a big turnout for the public meeting held earlier this week by the VALID action group on the Coalpit Heath development proposals.

The group explained what they had done to date and there was a discussion about possible next steps, including getting campaign t-shirts to wear at the hearings in Bath in the autumn and arranging transport for people to get there. If you would like to help, email [email protected]
