Some people have raised questions about development that has been taking place on land off Down Road at Kendleshire in recent months. South Gloucestershire Council is prosecuting the landowner for Breach of a Temporary Stop Notice and the court hearing took place on Wednesday at the Bristol Magistrate’s court. The defendants attended and have pleaded not guilty. The hearing was therefore adjourned and a new court date of 30 October 2019 has been set.
