Barratt Homes have contacted your Focus Team to say that they are about to release the first phase of off-plan homes on Blackberry Park.

Although Westerleigh Parish Council had expressed an interest in managing the public open space on the site, Barratt Homes have decided to use the same management company as currently manages The Meads.

Barratt Homes previously agreed to set up a residents’ liaison group to tackle problems that arise during the development. We are expecting to hear soon from the site manager about this and will let you know how you can get involved.
