Like many local people, your councillors have been horrified by the increased fly tipping on Hover’s Lane, the bridle way between Frampton End Road and Bristol Road. People are angry not only at the blight on the countryside but also the hazard it poses to people and animals.

Last October we took South Glos Officers to look at what can be done to prevent fly tipping there. The officers agreed to go away and come up with some proposals. We have been chasing this up, most recently this week when we sent them photos of the latest incidents and asked them to take action to stop the lane being targeted in this way.
