Cotswold Homes have submitted a planning application to build 14 homes on the field south of Harford Close (aka Harford Place).

Agents acting on behalf of the applicants have already written to properties in the immediate vicinity informing them of this. The application has now gone live on South Gloucestershire Council’s planning website – https://beta.southglos.gov.uk/search-planning-applications. Residents can look through the submitted plan by searching for P23/00377/F. You have until Wednesday 8th March to submit comments.

The planning application has been validated too late to be included on the agenda for tomorrow night’s parish council meeting. Rangeworthy Parish Council may call an extraordinary parish council meeting to discuss their formal response to this application. If they do so the date and time of that meeting will be confirmed when the agenda is put on the noticeboard and publicised. The applicant’s agents will be invited to answer any questions that arise about the submitted plans. As with regular parish council meetings residents can attend and will have an opportunity immediately prior to the meeting to raise any points, concerns, queries or objections under public participation.
