This week Claire visited Celestine Home Adaptations Centre in Yate, a place where trained staff can demonstrate a whole range of aids and adaptations to help you live safely for longer at home. They include a wash and dry toilet, a through the floor lift, modular bathroom aids and a height adjustable hob, as well as many smaller items. It’s the ideal place to get ideas for your own home and is also used for occupational therapist assessments and training for carers.

Outside, Choices 4 U are doing a great job showing how you can grow your own food in small garden.
