As part of its work on the new local plan, South Gloucestershire Council has published a list of sites put forward by land owners for development. There are many in our area.

The council stresses that they have not yet assessed the sites to see whether they are suitable or can be delivered. They will be doing that in the coming months. In 2019 they will give you the chance to have your say on those that they think might have potential.
