Hearings into the West of England’s Joint Spatial Plan, which includes proposals for thousands of new houses in our area, will take place in July and the autumn.
The first two weeks of hearings start on 2nd July, with a further four weeks starting on 17th September. The hearings will take place at Future Inn Bristol, Bond Street South, Bristol, BS1 3EN and sessions run from 9.30am to 1pm and 2-5.30pm. The dates could change so keep an eye on the Examination website. Your Focus Team has registered to speak and members of the public are free to attend to observe the proceedings.

The Coalpit Heath proposals are due to be considered at the hearings on 8th October. However, that’s not stopped Bloor Homes getting on with holding a public exhibition on their plans next Friday – details in this blog post:
